just got home from the cinema. i went to see xmen2 and daredevil with my cousin and one of the girls. xmen2 was just "yes, fuck yes" good. they could have gotten a cuter girl to play jean though and i still think wolverine wasn't quite right. but the wolverine girl was super tight (i forget her name) i wish she hadn't died though (and what a way to go). and the scene at the end with jean and the water and the jet was the bomb. they showed the phoenix thing at the end (i think) so that probably means part 3.i just realised that jean never really had an 'x-name' unitl she became the pheonix in the cartoon. part 2 was so much better than part1 and if the trend continues from part 2 to part 3 then it will be soincredibly off the hizzle.daredevil was questionable though. mostly coz my cousin didn't like it. i may not have picked up on this if she had not said it but there were parts that seemed liked rip offs of spiderman and batman. what a fucking SHITTY costume - nuff said. bullseye was so cute, i mean the whole mental thing was just so fucking cute (why all the cursing D?) but him just catching all the glass from the window was completelye unrealistic and then sending them one at a time - please. and the guy who played the king pin was such a good bad guy - i think that was a good role for him. but i mean how could they have changed agent hobbs into a crackhead rapist. jenifer garner was her usual kick ass self altough that was a really fucked up way to die.the fact that she died is a major reedeming quality for the movie but that character should have put up more of a fight. and how the fuck could she even hold the knife in her hand with a hole through it (like duh she should have had enough training to knife that guy with her left hand). i am loathe to agree with my cousin on this point but our dear hero was ridiculously debilitated by a simple stab wound to the shoulder (thereby not saving his woman). and after she dies he miraculously recovers enough not only to kill bullseye but also fight the kingpin. the plot was better than the filming/writting. it's like the guy had a good idea but he had to rush the death scenes which really sucked. and then there's the pendant he found at the end - i think it was the girl's pendant that somehow got stuck there but they kinda made it look like she somehow survived a hole i nher hand, a slash on her neck and being impaled (you could see the knife push her shirt up in the back) and came back and left that there for him to find which is what my cousin thinks happened because she said the girl's own did not have brail and she had promised him one with brail. the movie would really suck if it turned out that she actually survived.

anyway by tummy is fucking empty so i think i'm gonna eat some crackers and hit the sack. oh and i loved the song they played for the funeral scene in daredevil - gotta remember to look for it online.
